Emily Palmer
Due to my training in Geneva and London, one of my areas of interest is advising on employment law with an international context, e.g. employment law issues around working abroad, secondments, home offices abroad, etc.
My clients include many young, international companies, but also expats who work as employees or freelancers for companies based in Germany or abroad. A large part of my consultancy work therefore takes place in English.
I further specialise in advising – often non-profit employers – on issues relating to works constitution law. As a trained mediator, I work together with the parties to the dispute to identify their common interests. This enables creative solutions to be found and costly and time-consuming conflicts to be avoided.
I offer consultation in English, French and German.
