Emily Palmer

Due to my training in Geneva and London, one of my areas of interest is advising on employment law with an international context, e.g. employment law issues around working abroad, secondments, home offices abroad, etc.

My clients include many young, international companies, but also expats who work as employees or freelancers for companies based in Germany or abroad. A large part of my consultancy work therefore takes place in English.

During the Corona pandemic, I increasingly advised gastronomic companies on issues of short-time work and related labour law problems. I also frequently advise employers on issues of temporary employment and recruitment.

In addition, I also represent employees, mostly in actions for protection against dismissal, disputes surrounding warning letters, or in questions concerning the amicable termination of their employment relationships.

I offer consultation in English, French and German.
