Maria Rosenke

As a attorney, I focus on advocating for employees and works councils.

Before returning to the attorney’s profession in 2021, I worked as a union representative at the Union for Education and Science (Gewerkschaft für Erziehung und Wissenschaft). There, I worked closely with works councils and union members, conducted collective bargaining and was responsible for union education work.

In addition to representing employees in and out of court and advising and representing works councils in court as well as before the conciliation board, I train works councils on all issues of works constitution and labor law. In doing so, I cooperate with various educational institutions. At the same time, we offer these training courses “in-house”, i.e. precisely tailored to the wishes and needs of your committee.
