Friderike Kuhlmann

After working as a lawyer in corporate law and as a legal counsel for the Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences , I joined MAYR Arbeitsrecht to devote myself entirely to labour law. Together with my colleagues at MAYR Arbeitsrecht, I now advise on various areas of employment law. My particular focus is on the interfaces with corporate law, issues around bogus self-employment, AGG-legal topics, public service law and employee data protection.

In addition to traditional legal advice, I also offer mediation services.

I provide consultation in English and German.
