Benjamin Wunderle

My legal counseling mainly concerns employee related questions – in and out of court. I focus on matters of protection against dismissal, especially in conjunction with problems arising when the right of residence is or may be affected by the dismissal.

My expertise in this field is based on – among others – my professional experience in a Berlin-based law-firm. It is complemented by my experience as an articled clerk in the department on law and legal policy at the ver.di federal board and an attorney’s office in the city of Regensburg and as a trainee at the German Embassy in Manila, Philippines.

A core area of my work is the counseling of foreign employees particularly from the US and Spain and all Latin-American countries and especially if the German or European right of residence is concerned.
