Darius Rolfs
My main areas of interest include the areas of pseudo-self-employment and employee-like persons. In addition, I advise on all questions concerning newer forms of work, for example home office and mobile telework.
From my own experience I am familiar with the challenges of reconciling family and career. I advise a lot and gladly on parental leave, part-time work and the like.
Of course I also deal with all other facets of labour law and represent my German and international clients before the labour courts.
I advise companies and employees in German, English and Spanish.
